James T. Hundley, Partner

James T. Hundley has had diverse and multi-faceted legal experiences during his 35 years of trial practice. He began his legal career at the Union County Prosecutor's Office, where he served as assistant prosecutor from 1978 to 1980 trying defendants for homicides, sexual assaults and other felony or misdemeanor crimes. Three decades later, he has established a reputation for his work with administrative agencies and public boards, including local fire districts, the Board of Adjustments and the Board of Education. Mr. Hundley is currently an attorney in good standing with the State of New Jersey.

Hunt A. Parry, Partner

Hunt A. Parry is a demonstrated leader in the community, having served as past president of the Rotary Club of Asbury Park and the Wheelman’s Club of Asbury Park, former chairman of the Salvation Army Advisory Board, and former mayor and councilman to the Borough of Interlaken. An experienced administrator, Mr. Parry knows what it takes to be successful in business and municipal matters. For more than 28 years, Mr. Parry has dedicated his legal practice to helping clients resolve real estate matters, municipal matters, estate planning issues and business structure concerns. Mr. Parry is currently an attorney in good standing with the State of New Jersey.

Ann Bradley is a widely respected lawyer who is recognized in the area of real estate loans and workouts. Ms. Bradley has lead continuing legal education (CLE) seminars on the topic.
